A few years back, the demands on me grew exponentially. I felt overwhelmed and just couldn't see a way out. Pushing through, most tasks were completed, but I was left feeling almost broken. My confidence had taken a deep dive.

I'd developed frustrating foot pain that just wouldn't go away & had been through recurring debilitating back & abdominal pains. Knowing what I understand now, I  realised each symptom was linked to a significant, emotionally stressful time in my life.

Taking back responsibility for my well-being, I learned to embody the life-changing strategies & concepts that are taught & integrated in Freedom From Pain. I used all the empowering techniques to gradually alter my beliefs, set healthy boundaries, soften certain personality traits, regrow my confidence & so free myself from the stress & pains.

I'm now delighted to be able to share these with you & guide you to freedom from pain, to reignite your confidence and to revive the magic in your life!
